In this review, the team decided to try some of the specialty snacks you can only find during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom! That means a lot of sweet, a little savory, but plenty of Walt Disney World holiday spirit thrown in.

OPENING DATE ANNOUNCED for Disney World’s Giant Gingerbread House!

This famous holiday decoration is located in the Grand Floridian’s lobby and it’s life-size, made with REAL gingerbread! Best of all, once it’s officially done you can also purchase a variety of holiday treats nearby. 

We’ve seen the construction progress from the main structure to the addition of the individual shingles to the beginning of the gingerbread covering, and now it’s time to pull out your calendar because we have the official opening date for this iconic holiday display! Beginning on November 9th, 2022, the gingerbread house will be complete and you can once again catch those clouds of cinnamon coming out of the chimney. We can’t wait!

SEVEN Disney World Restaurants Recognized by Michelin Guide This Year

Disney World is home to some truly spectacular restaurants! Great options (like Citricos at the Grand Floridian) aren’t far from the parks! We consider ourselves to be Disney food experts at this point, but you don’t have to take our word for it alone — many of the restaurants on Disney World property are award-winning. 

Several places have been awarded recognition from the Michelin Guide in the past, and this year, we can add even more dining spots to that count! According to the Orlando Sentinel, four Orlando area restaurants were each awarded a Michelin Star on Thursday night. Shoutout to our friend @tastychomps on Instagram where we first saw this information! One of those restaurants is Capa, located at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando on Walt Disney World property. The rooftop steakhouse is known for its wood-fired prime cuts and unique Spanish-influenced cuisine.
